Site branding logo not shown on frontend

@Harsh panchal i have tested this issue with your patch.
I am not able to replicate the issue.

I have applied the below steps:-
1. Install "YG Photography | Bootstrap based Drupal 9 theme" using composer
2. Check the site branding logo image on the home page.
3. Patch apply & again check the site branding logo image.

Please guide me as if I am missing any steps to reproduce this issue.
Result:- Home page not showing as expected.

Verified #2 patch on 9.5.x, I can see the broken logo that is fixed after applying the patch. RTBC++
