Allow script placement to happen on a per-entity-type basis

Problem/Motivation

Presently, the only way to conditionally add a script is via path. Some sites architecture may include unpredictable / non-hierarchical paths, such as campaign landing pages. Conditionally adding path entries for each individual page is cumbersome.

Proposed resolution

Add an option to conditionally load the script on a per-entity-bundle basis.
