Social Icons Not Hiding When the Social Icons Field is Empty.

Problem/Motivation

In the context of setting, if the social icons field is empty, then the social icon should be hidden; however, it is currently being displayed.

Steps to reproduce

1.Install the "Photogenic Theme" and set it as the default theme.
2.Navigate to Appearance > Settings > Photogenic Theme.
3.Access the SOCIAL ICONS SETTINGS.
4.Ensure that the social fields are left empty.
5.Even with empty social fields on the front page, the icons continue to display.
