Problem/Motivation

Steps to reproduce

1) Install "Photogenic Theme" and set as default.
2) Go to Appearance > Settings > Photogenic Theme.
3) Check logo image.

    I have checked this issue on Drupal 9.5.x with Photogenic Theme.
    I am not able to reproduce this issue.
    Kindly provide more information on it.

    Here are the steps I took to reproduce the issue
    1) Install "Photogenic Theme 1.0.x-dev" and set it as default.
    2) Go to Appearance > Settings > Photogenic Theme.
    3) Check the logo image.
