Problem/Motivation

After indexing, I get this error and not all content got indexed:

Drupal\Core\Entity\Query\QueryException: 'flagged_entity' not found in Drupal\Core\Entity\Query\Sql\Tables->ensureEntityTable() (line 369 of /var/www/html/site/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Entity/Query/Sql/Tables.php).
