Since new versions require PHP 8+ to be compatible, won't be fixing this.
Drupal 9 with version 4.0.7 return this error:
ParseError: syntax error, unexpected 'StreamWrapperManagerInterface' (T_STRING), expecting function (T_FUNCTION) or const (T_CONST) in Composer\Autoload\includeFile() (line 48 of /var/www/html/docroot/modules/contrib/consumer_image_styles/src/ImageStylesProvider.php).
