farm_update module will revert overrides to plant_type view/form display config

This is no longer an issue.

The farm_plant_type module is the only place in farmOS core where we are providing core.entity_form_display.* and core.entity_view_display.* config.

Set plant_type fields form/view display settings via alter hook instead of config #806 changed the way we are configuring plant_type form/view display settings, and we are no longer using config entities. So farm_update no longer reverts them.
