Show summary of all workflow processes on tab

Problem/Motivation

The combination of workflow transitions, access controls, e-mail handlers and other options can make it hard to understand what the overall process of a workflow is.

Proposed resolution

Create a function which pulls together the following for each workflow element in a user-friendly summary:

Default behaviour on submission
Transitions process including access controls and conditionals
Handlers

The second issue is resolved in the latest dev. I can't recreate the first issue, but I think it may have been resolved earlier anyway.
