Fix bug in field definition declaration

Hello,

We are experiencing the following error when saving products when this module is enabled:

Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityStorageException: No entity bundle was specified in Drupal\Core\Entity\ContentEntityStorageBase->createWithSampleValues() (line 233 of core/lib/Drupal/Core/Entity/ContentEntityStorageBase.php).

After some debugging, we wound that there is a small mistake in the taxjar_category_code field definition.

target_bundles setting should be an associative array.
