RequestException: invalid_grant, The refresh token is invalid or expired.

Over the past month or so, I've been getting the "There was a problem getting your available contact lists" error and have been manually refreshing tokens to fix. Well this morning when I checked our website, I received the same error and then a few minutes later, after manually refreshing the tokens, I received it again. So I figured I should take a look at the logs. I found a couple entries for the module:
