The service "blazy.oembed" has a dependency on a non-existent service "media.oembed.resource_fetcher" while upgrading drupal 8.9 to Drupal 9

While upgrading drupal 8.9 to Drupal 9.1, getting below error and because of this drush commands are not working.

In CheckExceptionOnInvalidReferenceBehaviorPass.php line 86:

The service "blazy.oembed" has a dependency on a non-existent service "media.oembed.resource_fetcher".
