Update all content types to 'new style' in current d7 Bluecheese theme

Problem/Motivation

So as a general reminder of what this looks like:
Some of the content types on Drupal.org were updated to what we called the 'new style' class - where they received new fonts and things. But we haven't gotten around to updating other content types:

New style example: blog posts: https://www.drupal.org/association/blog/changes-to-drupal-association-me → ...

Old style example: issues: https://www.drupal.org/project/symfony_mailer/issues/3279975 ✨ Queue emails to send in background Closed: duplicate

So we need to identify any content types that still have the old style, and then apply the new style to them. We probably want to do issues last, because people will notice that one the most.
