Improve the help text of the Link Override field

Problem/Motivation

The field label and description of the "Link override" field is very lightweight. In order for content editors to know they should only use this for when they need a menu item for an external, off-site link that must be translated, I think the field/description should be more explicit in what it should be used for.

Patch to provide more of a description forthcoming.
