Problem/Motivation

With a D9
Using Layout Builder when submitting the Argument 1 Passed must implement interface Drupal\Core\Form\FormInterface, array given

Steps to reproduce

Drupal 9, Layout builder

When adding a block and submitting the form "Add Block"
It throws and error Argument 1 Passed must implement interface Drupal\Core\Form\FormInterface, array given
And the form does not submit.
Im not overly familiar with inner workings here but it does look like there is an array passed thepatch attached seems to squash the error
