I can confirm this issue (bug?)
PHP 8.0.18
Drupal 9.3.13
Contact storage 8.x-1.1
Fields are not displayed in contacts list (see attached sreen copy)
I tried to uninstall and reinstall module. No change.
It was initialy working. In the meantime I updated Drupal and modules many times and I dont know exactly when the problem occured.
