Fix duplicate Email links in HTML because the process of the filter does not check the method that should use

When install the Obfuscate module and use HTML entity, the link always duplicated.

- Install Obfuscate module .
- Enable and configure the module to use HTML entity.

I suggest in process function in ObfuscateMail class to check the method want to use to determine which callback should use.

I tested the 2.0.x branch and it works nicely.
However, I noticed a bug concerning URL params in the HTML method, for which I opened a separate issue: 🐛 Query string gets lost in HTML method Needs review
