This module is not yet compatible with Drupal 9 (9.3.13 specifically). I've relied on this module for my Drupal 7 sites for years and it's been a real life saver, but now that we're being forced to update to Drupal 9 this year, there is no suitable replacement.
I did try updating static_page.info.yml from static_page 8.x-1.0-alpha2 by adding the line
core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9
and although my site does let me enable the module, upon trying to access the settings under /admin/config/content/static_page, I get the message "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."
Please make this module compatible with Drupal 9.

I am also interested in this capability going into Drupal 9 and 10.
8.x-1.0-beta1 support Drupal 8 and 9,
8.x-1.0-beta2 support Drupal 9 and 10, I test it with clean Drupal core code, works correctly.
