The correct path to required.svg is: ../../../../core/misc/icons/ee0000/required.svg the path in base.css is: ../../../../misc/icons/ee0000/required.svg
(believe same issue for error.svg aswell)

This problem still exists in the latest version -- 3.0.3
The patch still fixes the problem.
Shouldn't this be put into the release?
