If someone looking for solution: so far managed to get things working with Mail System/MimeMail/PHPMailer SMTP.
commerce-order-receipt.html.twig file is no more used.
when i send order mail, commerce-order.html.twig template is used.
is correct?
how can alter order mail variables?
Complete checkout or resend receipt from order page.
