Use eventsubscriber on order_paid

If you use a workflow with validation (which I think you should with offsite payment). Orders are not fulfilled on there own.

We should use the order paid event to trigger the transition "validate" Drupal\commerce_order\Event\ OrderEvents::ORDER_PAID

    I looked through the following payment integration modules, and none of them seems to implement this feature or something similar:

    Thus, it looks like this request isn't in line with other payment integration modules and hence I'm tempted to reject it. Setting status to postponed for the moment. Will move to won't fix unless somebody comes up with new information (i.e., examples of payment modules with a good reputation which are doing what is requested here).
