Drush command to generate migrations not working with Drush 11

Drush 10 and Drush 11 use different versions of the Drupal code generator:

• Drush 10 - ^1.32.1
• Drush 11 - ^2.4

To allow the use of Drush 10 and Drush 11, we have provided two different generators that depend on the version of the Drupal code generator.

Thanks all for raising this issue and thanks @rloos289 for the patch. I refactored it a bit and pushed it into the dev branch. It will be released soon.
