Provide a description field and a enable/disable button

Problem/Motivation

hi thanks for this alternative to asset_injector that was a little bit tedious for me

Well this module offer possibility to include (add) many files/code of configuration for multiple cases, for better admin overview it would be nice that each config has:
- a description field that could be filled and that will display in column of list of configuration
- something like enable/disable toogle button to disable a configuration when needed
