Add support for Mastodon

This is more "Support for mastodon.social". Not all of us on Mastodon use that singular site. :)

Does Social Link Field allow for user entered urlPrefix? I'm suspecting not.

Updated MR with some changes. Mastodon prefix is now https://. In addition to that, Added new setting for SocialLinkFieldPlatform plugins - defaultValue. Now, for Mastodon the field will be pre-filled with 'mastodon.social/'. If user changes the 'Social network', the pre-fill will gone.

This is basically like 'Homepage' now, but with pre-filled link.

The downside is that user can enter basically any link, so it won't necessary be Mastodon. But this is also the case with all other socials, the page user enters is never validated

I've created a new module, to extend this with the Fediverse networks: Mastodon, Lemmy, Peertube, Pleroma, Hubzilla, Diaspora, etc.

I suppose I'll drop (or legacy) the networks once added here, the main/parent module ;-)
