In a new site I need to place three blocks, each with another background color, above the regular content. The background colors each should be full width.
I don't know what is the best way. Either create extra blocks in layout-regions.css in my subtheme or with the theme.css (but how?).
I created a custom layout-regions.css (see attachment) and was able to put blocks in the new regions. But none of them are visible.
Can you help me please?
