Cannot disable IMCE from CKEditor link button

I don't think this should be marked as fixed. The "Open file browser" is present in the default CK link tool, so that is not the issue.

I agree - it is appearing on buttons/modals it should not be appearing on. It is used in one very specific place for us. Everywhere else I want editors using LinkIt.

I agree - In my use case only the Administrator Role can use this feature but it appears in the modal for other roles as well when selecting Media from the Media Library in the modal.

It will not allow the issue to be re-opened, so it has to be re-filed.
