Sometimes the selected items get lost -> all items in the view get processed

Unfortunately this issue appears from time to time and it is not clear how to reproduce it.

1. We use a page view with a contextual filter, the argument is in the url. No additional exposed filters
2. Sometimes it happened that when one or more items from the result set were chosen and the action started all items from the result were processed
3. I then activated the confirmation step for the action. On this confirmation step we sometimes see the message "No items selected" and the question "Are you sure that you want to process all XX items?"

So from the view to the confirmation step / action the choice gets lost and I have no clue why. Can anybody give me a hint?

Maybe these factors have any influence on this?

• Drupal's dynamic page caching is active (which may be relevant)
• Drupal's bigpipe is active
• The site is behind a Nginx server which delivers the pages from a cache (but just for anonymous users)
• We have 4 webservers which are called by Nginx to deliver the page

I just updated the module from 4.0.1 to 4.1.2 - but it still happens.
