Header position issue (admin toolbar menu hidden)

Problem/Motivation

When admin user scroll the page the admin toolbar is hidden under main menu.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install and enable creative_innovative theme as default theme
  2. Create main menu and some content for front page
  3. And move scroll down the admin toolbar is hide under the main menu
