City entity type does not exist

Problem/Motivation

Enabled the module. Ran

drush en csc_country_data
drush en csc_state_data
drush en csc_city_data

Got WSOD with "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

Log shows error message:
Uncaught PHP Exception Drupal\Component\Plugin\Exception\PluginNotFoundException: "The "city" entity type does not exist." at /home/solution/public_html/malecompanion/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Entity/EntityTypeManager.php line 143
