Hide screenshot button if it can't be used

Problem/Motivation

The MediaDevices API is not always available, for example if the website does not use HTTPS.
However, the user can still click on the screenshot button so it is confusing.

Steps to reproduce

Enable the module on a non-HTTPS website.
Try to add a screenshot.
It does not work.

Proposed resolution

The button should be hidden if the functionality is not available.

Well no, the other issue is about disabling the screenshot button for every user.
This one is about disabling it if the browser does not support it.
