Mistake in permission name

The permission "Administer Paragraphs sets" does not work

Assign the permission to a role and try to connect. The user will not have access to paragraphs sets administration.

Fix the mistake in the permission name:

"administer paragraphs sets" instead of "administer paragraphs set"
