Major warning when Partial File Config is set

Problem/Motivation

I am getting a warning message Warning: file_get_contents(libraries/fontawesome/js/thin.min.js): Failed to open stream: No such file or directory in _locale_parse_js_file() (line 1112 of core/modules/locale/locale.module). under following conditions:

Steps to reproduce

Fontawesome Settings:

• Load Font Awesome library? set to TRUE
• Use external file (CDN) / local file? set to TRUE
• External File Location is SET
• External File Integrity Value is SET
• Partial File Configuration: Load solid icons is TRUE
• Partial File Configuration: Load brand icons is TRUE
• Partial File Configuration: Load thin icons is TRUE
