The description disappears on a StartEvent or Task when a template is selected

Problem/Motivation

I ran into something really odd i've never really noticed so far. When adding a Task or StartEvent to the canvas you first have the general and documentation section available. if you enter a name in the general section and something in the element documentation field and then go on and select and add a template all of a sudden the documentation section disappears - even if it already contained content. when you unlink the template the description shows up again (with the content).

Steps to reproduce

- create a model
- add a task
- add a name to the general sections text field
- add a description to the element documentation text field
- click the select button in the template section
- select any template in the element template chooser.
-> you will notice that description section will disappear.
- click the applied button and click unlink.
-> the description section will reappear

Proposed resolution

The description shouldn't be hidden and be visible all the time.
