When bulk adding users and user already exists, provide link to edit them

Problem/Motivation

When bulk adding users and one or more users already exist, an error message is displayed indicating that the username is already taken. It would be helpful if the usernames that are already taken are links to the edit form for that user account. It could be that the administrator did not realize the account already existed and wants to inspect it or modify it after discovering this.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Update the error message when an account is already using the CAS username so that instead of showing the plaintext username, make it a link to edit the account associated with the username.

Also, when new accounts are added successfully, instead of linking to the detail page for the user, link to the edit form for them. It seems more likely that after adding accounts, you may want to edit them right away to add additional data, and linking directly to the edit form would help.
