Hi everyone,
I experience the same issue.I configure it on the manage form display page to show some fields in a table, but on the edit form page table renders as empty and all fields are outside the table.
I have used Field Group Table field formatter in a node edit form (configured in a manage form display - node_manage_form_display.png) but the table is empty. The fields are rendered outside the table (see the attached screenshot node_edit_form_html.png).
Drupal 9.3.9
The same usage but in Drupal 7 version it works perfectly
