It is possible to configure an image style with just a height value, leaving width undefined / dynamic.
Unfortunately, Auto Retina does not do any magnification for styles that lack a defined width.
It would be nice if Auto Retina could produce magnified image derivatives for image styles without a defined width.
When width is absent, calculate it and proceed with delivering the magnified image.
