In order to have a functional connector with drupal.org (via the DrupalRest ConnectorPlugin), we need some parts of the l10n_drupal module ported.
Identified functions :
- l10n_drupal_save_file()
- l10n_drupal_added_string_counter()
- _l10n_drupal_potx_init()
Exact plan still needs to be laid out.
