The module uses services provided by path_alias (see: tvp.services.yml), but this dependency is not declared in the .info.yml file.
This causes problem e.g. when the site is installed from an installation profile - since then the core modules are not already present.
Create an installation profile where tvp module is enabled.
Run the installation.
Declare the dependency on path_alias in the .info.yml file.
Review and merge patch (in comment).
