After #2466553 ( https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2466553 🐛 Untranslated menu items are displayed in menus Needs work ) is merged, the menu links that are not translated should not be displayed on the menus.
IMO, we should follow the same approach for the group menus.
Apply the menu.language_tree_manipulator:filterLanguage callable as in https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2466553 🐛 Untranslated menu items are displayed in menus Needs work .
