Make the toolbar a single column

If you take a look at the current implementation of bpmn.io upstream on that demo page that was linked by @jurgenhaas over in the #eca channel on the drupal slack https://bpmn-io.github.io/bpmn-js-token-simulation/modeler.html?pp=1 you notice that they set the toolbar to a single column display.

In contrast bpmn has a two column display in drupal eventhough less icons are used and available:

Switching to a single column display for the bpmn implementation of the toolbar in drupal/eca would be less intrusive and leave more space and focus to the model canvas for the user editing the model.
