Avoid triggering a full cache clear on form submit

Problem/Motivation

When submitting the configuration form, a full cache clear may be triggered. This seems a bit wasteful, since clearing render/page cache should be enough.

Proposed resolution

Invalidate the rendered cache tag when any setting changes.
