Add option to disable logging completely

It would be good if it was possible to enable or disable all logging from the Fastly module using a simple drush command.

The reasoning behind this is that during site deployments we temporarily break the connection between our Drupal site and Fastly so the sites are still served from Fastly cache (otherwise the first cache clear encountered during the Drupal release causes the Fastly cache to be cleared completely).
The only problem with this approach is that the log fills up with Fastly errors such as 'Unable to purge following key(s)' and POST purge 404 errors.
It would be ideal if we could temporarily disable all logging from the module and then enable it again once the deployment had finished.
