RabbitMqConnectionTest should extend RabbitMqTestBase

Problem/Motivation

RabbitMqConnectionTest currently extends RabbitMqQueueBaseTest which doesn't appear to make sense. The tests inside RabbitMqQueueBaseTest do not provide any additional context to the tests nor are they modified by the connection test.

Review RabbitMqConnectionTest.php

Proposed resolution

Extend RabbitMqTestBase instead.
