Support TLS 1.2

Can we change the status from Active to Fixed? This issue has been fixed in the latest version 7.x-1.9.

Yes, it seems like this was fixed in October 2019 and committed to the dev, see: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/smtp/-/commit/1ed1c1d072d077837d57dac... . However it was released only recently in 7.x-1.8 → .
