After payment, payment gateway reloads again, instead or reverting to the drupal commerce site

Problem/Motivation

After payment via debit card. The payment gateway is reloaded again, instead of reverting to the website. Also email is not sent to the customer from drupal commerce site. Although the customer receives payment confirmation from Flutterwave.
