JS library depends on theme specific classes

Problem/Motivation

Totals are not calculated when switching to another them.

Steps to reproduce

  • Install tally module
  • Use any theme other than intercept_base
  • Add tally field to any content type or custom entity
  • Go to the edit or add form

Proposed resolution

It would probably be better if the module defined its own classes and added them to the widget, and that way the JS could confidently depend on those classes.
