You can only clone a reaction rule once!

Problem/Motivation

I am trying to make multiple clones of the reaction rule "New article created".

First time I clone "New Article created" Drupal creates clone with machine name "new_article_created_clone" which works as expected.

Second time I clone "New Article created" I get a white screen and error:
