Support private vimeo urls

Problem/Motivation

Vimeo introduced a hash parameter that has to be appended to private video URLs to be embedded.

Note: When you change your video's privacy settings to Unlisted, an extra set of numbers - what we call the privacy hash - will be added at the end of your video's URL, and must be included in order for embeds to work.

Steps to reproduce

• Attempt to embed a private video with two parameters like https://vimeo.com/158971633/dffcc29532
• Generate embedded URL wont work, it create a link similar to https://player.vimeo.com/video/158971633?autoplay=1

Proposed resolution

URL for private videos need to be similar to https://player.vimeo.com/video/158971633?h=dffcc29532
