Preview link overlaps with image on Claro theme

Problem/Motivation

Focal point with Claro or Gin would need some final tweaks.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set Claro or Gin admin theme.
2. Add image the image (/media/add/image)
3. The "Preview" link text overlaps with just loaded image.

The issue issue is caused by .image-preview { line-height: 0; } on /core/themes/claro/css/components/image-preview.css

Proposed resolution

Adjust the styles so it would work with Seven, Claro and Gin themes.
