I have this module working find with core fields on nodes but it seems as though other entity types and perhaps other non-core field types are not rendering correctly.
For example, when using the Group → module and the Entity Group Field → extension I can configure the Group field as below...
But when I view the resultant node, I do not see the helpful Admin Tooltip symbol (1) while conventional core help text is visible (2)...
Very similar behaviour to my more complex use case within Paragraphs as detailed here 🐛 Does not appear to work with Paragraphs Active .

It's likely this issue predates Contrib.social: some issue and comment data are missing.
It seems to be working fine. This issue has been open for a bit more than 2 years, so I'm guessing something changed in Entity Group Field module to make it work correctly.
Tested on Drupal 10, there doesn't seem to be an active D11 version right now for the Group modules. Feel free to re-open if there's an issue :)
