Instant buy option available when "Buy Now Threshold" is passed

Problem/Motivation

Instant buy option is still available when the current bid is higher than the buy now price * buy now threshold.

Also, if the bid is higher than the buy now price, the buy now price is still available.

Steps to reproduce

  • Create auction item and add price, buy now price, and threshold.
  • Add bid to item above either the buy now price, or the threshold of the buy now price.
  • Refreshing page shows the current price higher than the instant buy price, with the option to buy it now for cheaper.

Proposed resolution

Hide Instant buy form when threshold has been passed.
